Nutrition 2011: Greek Yogurt

Have you ever wished your sour cream could do wonders for your body, such as build and repair muscles, help you to feel fuller, and still be good for you waste line while still offering that delicious and creamy taste and texture?  Have you ever ventured out into the world of yogurt? 

Healthy Tip of the Day: Try Greek yogurt in place of sour cream.  It's a healthier alternative and it's packed with lots of nutritients.  Another option could be to mix half of the yogurt you already enjoy with half of Greek Yogurt.  You'll be cutting down on the total sugar and calories that you are consuming and adding more protein to you diet!
