Nutrition 2011: Whole Grains

You don't need the New Year to make a healthy change in your life. Look at each day as a new beginning; start out with small changes and they will gradually become a habit.  

Healthy Tip of the Day: Try a new whole grain today.  Not a fan of the whole grain train?  Try mixing a whole grain in with a grain food you already enjoy eating.  Half of whole grain brown rice with half of white rice.
